Meet Kimeca Caine, owner of Kinks Coils & Waves Hair Salon

Kimeca Caine is the owner of Kinks Coils & Waves Hair and Products Salon. A talented graphic designer, author, and cosmetologist, Kimeca has been cultivating her creative passions since relocating from Jamaica to the United States in the early 2000s.

Her mission is to empower individuals with textured hair by providing effective hair care solutions, including proven techniques and handcrafted products that support healthy, pain-free hair maintenance.

Through her movement, #ILOVEMYKINKSCOILSWAVES, Kimeca inspires self-love and confidence—starting with the crown. Her children’s book, I Love My Kinks Coils & Waves, helps young readers affirm their beauty and identity through their natural hair. Her newest release, Twists and Curls Everywhere, follows a young boy as he discovers reflections of himself in nature.

In addition to her entrepreneurial and creative work, Kimeca is a dedicated community volunteer, generously giving her time and talents to uplift those around her.
